Trump’s attempt to fund his own army of modern Brown Shirts is not ‘controversial’ – but criminal and alarming

These actions by Trump and his toadie, Todd Blanche, are no more ‘controversial’ than a bank robbery with wounded hostages; no more ‘unusual’ than violent organized crime; it ‘raises concerns’ as would a hijacking a plane then flying it into a building. This ‘fight over words’ is deeply disingenuous and cowardice beyond simple description.

The media’s job is to report what it sees rather than how it wants to see it or how it’s told to see it. Report on what it sees for itself rather than cower in fear of being named by a dementia addled vengeful man toddler’ in his disassociated social media rants.

Imagine if Thomas Paine had been self censoring instead of pillorying King George III or engaging in a ‘fight over words’ in his powerful argument for a new American nation and the Revolutionary War. We might still be sending the British Royal Family our money for taxes on tea.

Trump’s absurd IRS lawsuit wasn’t a ‘settlement’ of any kind but was almost laughingly thrown out of court by the judge ‘with prejudice.’ That means it is so frivolous; so improper and so absurd that it can never be brought back to court. It is irrelevant. Corrupt. Dirty and self dealing. And there is not a single thing ‘controversial’ about these facts.

The leader of a government can’t sue himself then reach an agreement with himself. The very premise is abjectly ludicrous. It’s the stuff of banana republics. It is also the actions of an decrepit, fading organized mob boss for whom criminal corruption is his last available competence. The head of a government also can’t release himself and anybody he wishes across his family from future responsibility and accountability under tax law.

The head of the government can’t then declare his personal attorney the nation’s top law enforcement official so he can sign off on this overt, profane criminal conduct. The New York BAR has a mandate to investigate Todd Blanche to determine if his conduct as a lawyer is legitimate or if his BAR license should be suspended towards revocation.

But this action takes a big step even beyond criminal corruption. It is a flagrant national security risk and direct attack on our system of government.

In June, 1933, The “Fund of German Trade and Industry” was created, a huge slush fund which was to be administered by Martin Bormann on behalf of the Fuhrer. Bormann was head of the Nazi Party Chancellery, Hitler’s private secretary and a war criminal sentenced to death in absentia at Nuremberg.

The Nazi regime used the funds to pay off SA Stormtroopers who committed extremes of street violence; used it to subsidize Hitler’s SS while enriching Nazi party officials that kept their loyalty and willingness to go to extremes for Hitler.

Trump’s slush fund exactly parallels Hitler’s slush fund while serving about the exact same purpose. That is; it would be used it to reward and ‘enlist’ violent criminal insurrectionists and terrorists who’d been found guilty by juries of their peers but then pardoned by Trump.

This collection of white supremacists, christian nationalists, white terrorists and violent thugs would formally be in Trump’s ‘employ’ if this slush fund were allowed to be distributed. Trump’s modern Brown Shirts; Trump’s incipient SS whose first test could be November, 2026.

The US media must stop letting itself be as easily distracted as would a small still developing child. Trump’s attempt to create this slush fund is, likely, the most brazenly corrupt and criminal action of about any ‘President’ in American History. Nixon’s behavior pales in comparison.

It is also a monumental affront to and attack on law enforcement and the 140 plus police officers who were injured – many seriously and some career ending – by Trump’s white terrorists on January 6. The police officers who died as a result of and/or shortly following this violent and brutal January 6 Trump insurrection

Fortunately, two of the Capital Police Officers who were on the front lines with their colleagues fighting back and being viciously attacked by Trump’s insurrectionist thugs on January 6 are now fighting back in court by filing a lawsuit to stop Trump’s 1.8 billion dollar fund to ‘compensate’ his foot soldiers.

Trump’s attempt to create this slush fund is also a direct threat to our nation and system of government. The media must not just move on to Trump’s next ‘atrocity’ but hone in and call this one out for exactly what it is. The media must call out and make clear the frightening parallel to pre WW 2 History. The media must also hold the GOP House and Senate to full account.

Almost 300,000 American military and many tens of millions of Europeans, both military and civilian to include six million Jews sent to Hitler’s Concentration Camps, died during WW 2 to stop Hitler and the Nazi Regime. To stop Fascism. Each and every one was ‘antifa.’ Over 2,000 American ‘antifa’ in uniform alone died during the D Day invasion on 7 June 1944.

Trump is now literally being allowed to replicate what America and so very many fought so hard to defeat not that very long ago. How is it possible that historical memory would be this shallow and self limited?

With this ‘slush fund,’ social media along with elected MAGA infected politicians have been rewinding and pushing the insane conspiracy theories from Trump’s violent insurrection. These range from it being an FBI led operation, just a large group of happy tourists invited into the Capital by police officers to being organized and funded by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

These, and other insane lies, are more than just deranged nonsense but are, literally, a threat to our nation and our nation’s national security. American media has a duty to focus in and report on it for the extreme danger it represents.

If Trump’s golden ballroom or redo of the reflecting pool pushed the line, his self ‘settlement’ and resulting slush fund intended to create his own criminal army of modern Brown Shirts goes well beyond and must be unconditionally called out….and stopped cold.

This also makes even more clear still that we MUST vote in our NUMBERS in November to retake majorities in the House and Senate. If we vote in our NUMBERS, we will crush the GOP’s voter suppression machine as happened in Hungary to Orban and throw the collection of criminals and anti-patriots out of Congress to face accountability.

We will be able to hold Trump accountable by impeachment and push Article II Section 4 of the Constitution which allows impeachment of not only Trump but primary members of his regime for high crimes and misdemeanors.

Trump wants to hand out almost $2bill of taxpayer money to criminals rather than use it for health, education and the public welfare. For infrastructure and transportation. It is time to stay focused and to say – ENOUGH
